At Nuve Luxe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at returns@nuveluxe.com with the following:

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return
Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to support@nuveluxe.com.

We will prioritize resolving the issue quickly with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

Contact your payment provider — some processing delays may apply.
